With the evolving and growing organizations employee well-being programs are and should become an integral part of fostering healthier and more productive work environments. It’s not just about “What is mental health in the workplace?” but more so about how to foster, cultivate and nurture an atmosphere of better mental health and make employees feel supported and valued.
