The Department of Orthopaedics at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Whitefield, Bangalore provides comprehensive care for all orthopaedic related problems. Our Orthopaedics surgeons specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves (musculoskeletal system). Subspecialties within the department include adult reconstruction, paediatrics, sports, trauma, spine, foot, hand, shoulder, elbow and orthopaedic oncology.

  • Procedures are done as early or immediately depending on the fitness of the patient.

  • Hospital stay varies from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the condition of the patient
  • Visitors are not allowed during the Doctors rounds & they have to strictly follow the schedule of the visiting timings.
