  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tYou will be a given a basic EM topic, and one person will be given a chance to talk about it first.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe speaker can be JAM-med by any of the contestants for Repetition of the idea, wrong fact, significant pause, or stammer.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn case of a dispute, judges\/JAM master's decision stands<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWith a successful JAM, the mic will go to the next speaker, and so on.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tYou will be scored positive points for talking and successful JAM and negatives for wrong JAM.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Last person standing with the mic at the end of the minute is awarded extra points.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Applicants should be registered as delegates for EM Karnataka 2023.<\/li>
    • Entries for the competitions will not be considered unless the applicant has registered for the conference.<\/li>
    • Applicants can apply to multiple competitions.<\/li>
    • Applicants are expected to abide by the rules of EM Karnataka 2023and violation of rules can lead to disqualification.<\/li>
    • The scientific committee\u2019s decision regarding selection will be final.<\/li>
    • Submitted abstracts should be original and should not have been published or presented elsewhere prior to the conference.<\/li>
    • All submissions should fulfil appropriate ethical guidelines.<\/li>
