Both these platforms have standard practices of Team based approach for any patient care. And most of these teams comprise of Paramedics, Nurses, Emergency Medical technicians, Intern Medical Officers and Post graduate residents.<\/p><p>EM fundamentals is a Team based workshop organized to train all the undergraduates working in the field of Emergency Medicine. The workshop is based on the fundamental concepts of Emergency Medicine and the basic skills needed to work as Team while dealing with the patients in Emergency Room.
