Research Podium Presentation
The Scientific Committee will decide based on abstracts submitted whether the delegate will present a Platform presentation or Poster presentation.
Preference will be given to research papers/case series for platform presentation.
Duration will be 8 minutes + 2 minutes for questions by the judges.
Advertisements Or Images For Which The Authors Do Not Hold Proprietary Rights May Not Be Included.
Any Sources Of Funding Or Potential Conflicts Of Interest Should Be Clearly Indicated.
Platform & Poster presentation venue with date and time will be intimated to presenting authors in advance.
Absence will lead to disqualification and certificate will not be awarded.
If the main author does not present and if a surrogate presents, certificate will be in the name of person who presents if she/he is registered as a delegate for the conference.
Abstract Submission
Please ensure that the structured abstract is as complete, accurate, and clear as possible and has been approved by all authors.
Abstracts should be max 300 words long and should include the headings suggested in the descriptions below

Research Presentations
(Completed or to be completed before conference )
Title: A short ‘running title’, of not more than 55 characters (including spaces) or 20 words, for use as a headline.
Background/Introduction: Information regarding current evidence about the topic and overall purpose and need for the research conducted.
Aims & Objectives: A clear statement of the main aim of the study and the major hypothesis tested or research question posed.
Methodology: Should contain the following study design, inclusion/exclusion criteria, exposures and outcomes measured and interventions if any.
Results: Main results with (for quantitative studies) with confidence intervals and, where appropriate, the exact level of statistical significance.
Conclusions: Primary conclusions and their implications, suggesting areas for further research if appropriate.
(If delegates are submitting abstracts of research projects in which analysis is not yet completed, they are expected to include proposed method of analysis i.e. statistical tests, confidence intervals etc. in the results section. Completed Results and Conclusion will be mandatory at the time of conference presentation)

Case Report/Case Series
Title: A short ‘running title’, of not more than 55 characters (including spaces) or 20 words, for use as a headline.
Introduction: This consists of one or two sentences to describe the context of the case and summarize the entire article.
Case presentation: Several sentences describe the history and results of any examinations performed. The working diagnosis and management of the case are described.
Management and Outcome: Simply describe the course of the patient’s complaint. Where possible, make reference to any outcome measures which you used to objectively demonstrate how the patient’s condition evolved through the course of management.
Discussion: Synthesize the foregoing subsections and explain both correlations and apparent inconsistencies. If appropriate to the case, within
Learning Points: A few bulleted sentences describing the lessons to be learned.
Abstracts do not need references
Indicate the corresponding author (provide his/her full name and email address) and include all author names and institutional affiliations.
Last date for submission is 20thof August 2023. Earlier submissions will get priority for selection.

Number of slides is not restricted but stick to a 13min Presentation
The best two presentations will have the opportunity to read their paper on the main conference stage.
